Non-residents are charged $35.00/year
- Out of town individuals who wish to borrow from the Temiskaming Shores Public Library and are in good standing at Cobalt, Latchford or Temagami Libraries may enjoy free, reciprocal membership but must use a Temiskaming Shores library card.
